Anemones votive pink

Sculpted from repolished satin-finished crystal in a play of graphic repetition, the anemones of the votive travel through the Rose Nebula cosmic cloud. The photophore is propelled into a new space-time, where the digital and the real harmoniously merge.

In its perpetual quest for beauty, Lalique’s artistic creation reaffirms its audacity by lustering its crystal in a dreamlike and surprising multi-dimensional pink: the Rose Nebula. At the doors of a new imagination at the crossroads of the real and the virtual, the name «Rose Nebula» evokes the evanescence surrounding the long pink luster process realized under the watchful eye of Lalique’s master glassmakers.

To obtain the perfect shade of pink of the collection Iconics Rose Nebula collection, a luster mist, made from precious metals including yellow gold, is subtly sprayed on. After this delicate, precise application, the piece is annealed in an oven, where the magic happens: the gold particles in the mixture are activated by the heat, and the clear crystal takes on a Vaporous Pink hue, Rose Nebula.
