Thank you. Your notice of withdrawal has been received. We have emailed you a confirmation with its content and the date and time it was submitted. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or write to us at info@lepicur.com.
Please fill in your name, your order number and a valid email address, then press Confirm withdrawal again. If the problem continues, write to us at info@lepicur.com.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending your notice — by post or courier to LEPICUR, Elizabetes iela 21a, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia, or bring them to our boutique.
- The cost of returning the goods is paid by you. Please pack crystal and porcelain carefully, ideally in the original packaging.
- We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them.
